1. Overview

At TurmiCare, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.


2. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition you received them.

  • We cannot accept returns on items marked as final sale, free gifts, or promotional items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us via our contact form or email at turmicare@gmail.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason, you are responsible for return shipping charges.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3-7Β business days.


6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days after approval, please check with your bank or credit card company. If you still have not received your refund, contact us.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

We may update this Returns & Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
